About Green Career Hub
Helping young people discover and grow in sustainable careers.
Who We Are
YouthGreen Hub is developed within YouthGreen 5.0 – Green Skills and Circular Economy for a Just Transition, an Erasmus+ project designed to support young people in adapting to the rapidly changing green labour market. As Europe moves toward more sustainable, climate-conscious and circular economic models, the project helps young people—particularly those who may face barriers to education and employment—gain access to the skills, career guidance and practical knowledge needed to participate successfully in the green transition.
The YouthGreen 5.0 project brings together six partner organisations from four countries: Türkiye, Spain, North Macedonia and Estonia. The partnership combines expertise from education, higher education, civil society, vocational development and digital innovation, creating an international and multidisciplinary approach to youth employability and sustainability.
Green Career Hub serves as one of the project’s practical digital resources. It helps young people explore green sectors, emerging occupations, career pathways, sustainability-related skills, training opportunities, employers and professional resources. The platform is designed to make green career information more accessible and to help users better understand how their existing skills and interests can connect with opportunities in the green economy.
Through YouthGreen 5.0, we aim to empower young people to become active participants and future leaders of a fair and inclusive green transition. By connecting skills development, career guidance, digital tools, employability and entrepreneurship, the project contributes to building a workforce that is better prepared for sustainable production, climate action and the evolving needs of Europe’s labour market.
